On the orders of AADE Governor George Pitsilis, the authority’s Directorate of Internal Affairs is sending written requests to the relevant departments of the Hellenic Police and to the investigative authorities.
The aim is to establish whether the investigations, or evidence already held by the competent authorities, point to the possible involvement of specific AADE employees in the case of a food retail chain accused of tax evasion and money laundering.
It will also request in writing any evidence relating to the alleged involvement of AADE employees in the case of the restaurant chain.
