(“OTE”) announces that its Board of Directors, at a meeting on 30 October 2026, unanimously decided, following a recommendation from the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, to propose to the 2027 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the re-election of Mr Kostas Nebis as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term.
