Titan SA (the Company) (Euronext Brussels, Paris and Euronext Athens, TITC) announces that between 26 October 2026 and 30 October 2026 inclusive, the Company purchased a total of 10,738 Titan SA shares on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Athens.
The programme is being carried out in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations governing share buyback programmes.
Following the above transactions, Titan SA holds (directly or indirectly through its subsidiary Titan Cement Company S.A.) 3,723,438 shares, which represent 4.75% of the Company’s voting rights.
