Technology, industry, academic research and government strategy will come together on the same stage for the first time. The Defence Tech Summit, Greece’s first conference on defence innovation, will be held on Tuesday, 10 November 2026, under the auspices of the Ministry of National Defence, at the War Museum in Athens.
The Defence Tech Summit 2026 comes at a time of intense activity in the sector. Greece already has significant advantages: a strong talent pool, universities with high-quality research laboratories, a defence industry looking to renew itself and already in the process of doing so, and a maturing start-up ecosystem.
What to expect at the Defence Tech Summit 2026
The Defence Tech Summit 2026 will feature speeches, panel discussions and fireside chats, as well as an exhibition area where companies and organisations will showcase their solutions and applications. Particular emphasis will be placed on interactive demonstrations of solutions and networking among participants.
