Dionysis Mantas is joining Qualco Group as Chief Public Sector Officer, with the aim of driving the Group’s strategic development in the public sector and strengthening its presence in major digital transformation projects.
Dionysis Mantas has more than 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, having held senior management roles throughout a long career focused on business development, establishing new activities and managing complex technology projects.
He joins from OTE Group, where in recent years he was responsible for developing its Smart Cities activities, contributing to the design and promotion of major digital transformation projects for central government bodies, local authorities and the wider public sector.
During his time at OTE Group, he also held significant management positions in Cloud, IoT and ICT, playing an active role in establishing new business units, developing innovative technology solutions and forging strategic partnerships with leading international technology organisations.
His professional experience includes managing large-scale project portfolios, developing business opportunities through national and European funding programmes, and coordinating complex digital infrastructure and services projects.
In his new role as Chief Public Sector Officer, he will be responsible for Qualco Group’s strategic development in the public sector, with a focus on expanding business activities, developing strategic partnerships and promoting integrated digital transformation solutions for public organisations and bodies.
