For the second consecutive year, AMPLUS Technologies has been named to the Best Workplaces in Technology 2026 list by Great Place to Work, ranking fourth in the category for companies with 20–49 employees, among eight companies. The company has also renewed its Great Place to Work certification for another year.
According to the press release, Great Place to Work certification is the first step towards taking part in the Best Workplaces selection process. It is based on an assessment of employees’ workplace experience and the company’s practices.
Its renewal, together with AMPLUS’s second consecutive recognition in the technology sector, highlights the importance the company places on creating a working environment that encourages collaboration, communication and professional development.
AMPLUS Technologies Chairman and Chief Executive Georgios Damanakis said: “Our second consecutive recognition on the Best Workplaces in Technology list, together with the renewal of our Great Place to Work certification, is an important acknowledgement of our progress and the way we are evolving as a company, combining technological growth with the development of our people.
At AMPLUS, corporate culture is not simply a set of values; it is reflected in employees’ day-to-day experience and in the way they collaborate, communicate, share knowledge and develop professionally.
This recognition gives us further motivation to continue investing in our people and to create a working environment in which they can collaborate, grow and develop.”
AMPLUS Technologies HR Manager, Spyros Chondroyiannis, added: “A positive working environment is built every day through collaboration, communication and opportunities for people to develop their knowledge and skills.
It is important to us that every employee feels they are an active member of the team and has the opportunity to develop within it. Renewing our certification Great Place to Work gives us another opportunity to assess our people’s workplace experience and identify ways to improve it continuously.”
