National Bank of Greece announces that between 26 October 2026 and 3 November 2026 inclusive, it acquired a total of 1,282,231 of the Bank’s ordinary shares (“Treasury Shares”), which are traded on Euronext Athens, at a weighted average price of €15.4343 per share and a total cost of €19,790,281.65.
Following these transactions, the Bank announces that it directly holds a total of 20,251,115 Treasury Shares, representing 2.24% of its share capital.
It is further noted that, in accordance with the resolutions of the aforementioned General Meeting, the Bank intends subsequently to cancel the above Treasury Shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law 4548/2018 governing the timeframe for cancellation.
