PLASTIKA KRITIS announces that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Naturplas Industrial, S.A.R.L. (NPI) from Koex Capital, S.L. (NPI’s parent company, which is based in Spain).
Naturplas Industrial is a Morocco-based company that manufactures and markets plastic sheeting for agricultural applications, with a plant in Tetouan and a distribution centre in Agadir.
The base purchase price for the transaction was set at €16,244,189, subject to adjustment based on NPI’s balance sheet figures on the completion date (4 November 2026). NPI recorded sales of €12.5m in 2025, while its sales for 2026 are estimated at €20m.
The company has a modern industrial facility in Tetouan and completed an investment in new production equipment in early 2026, more than doubling its production capacity and creating significant scope for further growth.
The acquisition is part of the Company’s strategy to further expand its international operations in the polyethylene film sector and establishes the Group’s first production base in Africa.
