“PIRAEUS BANK” announces, following a notification received on 5 November 2026 from “Paulson & Co. Inc.”, that the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by Paulson & Co in the Bank fell below the 10% threshold on 4 November 2026.
Specifically, as of 4 November 2026, Paulson & Co indirectly holds 104,188,196 voting rights, corresponding to the same number of ordinary registered shares with voting rights in the Bank and representing 8.43% of the Bank’s total voting rights.
According to Paulson & Co’s previous notification, published by the Bank on 24 December 2025, its percentage of voting rights in the Bank stood at 14.18%.
