The company ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter the "Company" or "ELLAKTOR") informs the investment public that, on 26.06.2026, a contract was signed for the sale of its property in Chalandri, Attica.
The property, an office building with a total area of approximately 12,229 sq.m., was sold following a tender process conducted by the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (H.C.A.P. S.A.)/ Strategic Contracts Unit, in order to house the activities of the "Athena" Research Center, one of the most important research and innovation institutions in the country.
The "Athena" Research Center includes institutes and research programs active in cutting-edge fields of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, data science, information systems, and robotics. It is one of the main public bodies for technological research in Greece and employs approximately 1,000 people, the majority of whom are computer science and STEM scientists.
The total price of the transaction amounted to €18.950 million.
