Gevsinous is proceeding with a corporate restructuring, creating a unified holding company that will bring together under the same "umbrella" all of its core activities. At the center is GEVSINOUS HOLDING Single-Member S.A., into which 100% of the holdings of four group companies will be contributed through a share exchange.According to the valuation report, the total value of the four companies amounts to 111.86 million euros. The highest valuation concerns Gevsinous S.A. at 78.88 million euros, while Gevsinous Ltd. is valued at 12.28 million euros, Top Kraft S.A. (Gevsinous North) at 13.42 million euros, and Chrysi Hina S.A. (Mediterranean Life) at 7.28 million euros.
Gevsinous serves more than 100 clients, from industries and hospitals to educational institutions, military units, and businesses, with production facilities in Kryoneri and Sindos, Thessaloniki. Overall, its activities extend from industrial meal production and the operation of canteens to corporate food service and catering services.
