“ADMIE HOLDING S.A.” announces that on June 26, 2026 it received a notification from SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. regarding a significant change in voting rights.
According to the notification, following the acquisition of voting rights, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. directly held on June 24, 2026 a stake of 5.12% of the total voting rights of the Company, which corresponds to 18,584,606 voting rights out of a total of 362,864,197 voting rights.
SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. is not controlled by another natural or legal person and does not control another undertaking that directly or indirectly holds a participation in the Company.

“ADMIE HOLDING S.A.” (the “Company”) announces that on June 26, 2026 it received a notification from The Capital Group Companies, Inc. regarding a significant change in voting rights and specifically, regarding a change in the percentage of voting rights that the latter holds in the Company, by virtue of which it exceeded the 5% threshold of the total voting rights of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 9 of Law 3556/2007, as in force.
According to the notification, following the acquisition of voting rights, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. indirectly held on June 24, 2026 a stake of 5.26% of the total voting rights of the Company, a stake corresponding to 19,087,701 voting rights out of a total of 362,864,197 voting rights of the Company.
The voting rights are attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. through its controlled company Capital Research and Management Company, which acts as investment manager of the relevant holdings and exercises the corresponding voting rights.
