e-EFKA: The electronic application for annual clearance is activated

Access to the service

The application will be submitted through the service “Electronic service for submitting a request for annual clearance and refund of an unduly paid amount of the LEVY in favor of e-EFKA, beyond the annual upper limit”, with selection of the reference year (2024 or 2025), and will be available exclusively to employed pensioners, on the official website of e-EFKA, in the “Electronic Services” section.

Access to the application is made with Taxisnet credentials and AMKA declaration.

Procedure – conditions

No submission of supporting documents or visit to e-EFKA services is required, as the required data are retrieved automatically through interoperability.

The applications will be correlated with the insurance data of the submitted Analytical Periodic Declarations (APD) of the corresponding calendar year, in accordance with circulars 7/2024 and 11/2024.

The clearance and refund of the amounts will be carried out on a periodic basis, using automated computerized rules.

The amounts of the Levy in favor of e-EFKA that exceed the applicable annual upper limit will be refunded to the beneficiaries' bank accounts, after prior offsetting against any certified debts to e-EFKA.
