Until Monday 6 July 2026, the deadline for submitting correction applications against the temporary cadastral diagrams and tables of the Posting is extended for holders of real estate property in the Kallikratis municipalities of Rethymno, Agios Vasileios, Amari, Anogeia and Mylopotamos of the Regional Unit of Rethymno of the Region of Crete, as informed by the Hellenic Cadastre in its announcement.
The posting process is carried out fully digitally, without the citizen being obliged to appear in person at the Cadastral Survey Office.
Owners, after updating their contact details on the website, can check and confirm or correct the registration of their property, thus avoiding judicial resolutions that cost time, money and inconvenience.
Specifically, they should view and check:
- The description and legal information of their properties (Cadastral Table)
- The boundaries of their parcels (Cadastral Diagram)
If they agree with the posting details, they do not need to take any further action.
If they find that they do not agree with any of the details, they can submit a correction application, digitally here or at the Cadastral Survey Office, by appointment.
For the submission of correction applications for obvious error, the deadline is extended until 06-07-2026.
From the start of the posting, the formalities of article 5 of Law 2308/1995 concerning the drafting of contracts, the hearing before a court and the registration of any act at the Mortgage Registry come into force.
