After the first 2 highly successful cycles of the innovative program Lidl UP: Learn & Work, with graduates already holding positions as Deputy Store Managers, Lidl Hellas once again confirms its commitment to the development and support of the new generation of Retail professionals.
According to the relevant announcement, this is a two-year program that combines practical training through employment in the store with the provision of a free study-theoretical training program.
It offers a certified diploma in “Retail Executive” from the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (E.O.P.P.E.P.) and a Deputy Store Manager position with a starting salary of 1.530€ awaiting its graduates in just two years.
The program is implemented in collaboration with S.A.E.K. AKMI. Students receive high-level theoretical training, while at the same time they are trained in practice in one of Lidl Hellas stores in Athens and Thessaloniki, with a fixed monthly gross salary of 1,000€ throughout the duration of the program.
Through the 3rd study cycle, Lidl Hellas continues to strengthen the labor market with innovative actions, giving space and all the tools to young men and women without work experience, but with willingness and eagerness to learn, so that they can develop professionally without limits.
“With the continuation of Lidl UP: Learn & Work, we demonstrate in practice our belief in the new generation, strengthening the labor market by creating quality jobs. It is a holistic program that prepares the Retail Executives of tomorrow and provides them with all the tools so that they can face new challenges and achieve our common goals.” stated Miltos Forozidis, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Lidl Hellas.
Applications close on July 22, while the 3rd study cycle and the theoretical courses at S.A.E.K AKMI begin in October.
