Bioter proceeded with the sale of three plots in the Municipality of Moschato and on Poseidonos Avenue. The total consideration amounted to approximately 5.11 million euros.

“The company "Industrial Technical Works VIOTER Société Anonyme" informs the investing public that, within the framework of what is provided for in the Rehabilitation Agreement dated 30/03/2018, as in force following the amending / supplementary acts dated 14/2/2019 and 17/1/2020, ratified by decision no. 558/2020 of the Athens Multi-Member Court of First Instance, on 29/06/2026 it proceeded with the transfer (sale) of real estate and, specifically, three (3) plots located within the approved plan of the Municipality of Moschato, Attica within the land district of the municipality of the same name, block no. 16, on Poseidonos Ave., on which they bear the numbers 33-35-37, for a consideration of 5,109,000.00 euros, as provided for in the Rehabilitation Agreement”.
