New Democracy and Hellenic Leftist Alliance appear with increased percentages in the new Metron Analysis poll for MEGA.
Vote Estimate and Voting Intention
In the vote estimate, New Democracy maintains first place with 30.4% from 28.8% in May, while the Hellenic Leftist Alliance (EL.A.S.) of Alexis Tsipras secures second place with 17.1% (from 15.2%). PASOK follows with 11.4%, “Hope for Democracy” of Maria Karystianou with 7.5% and a drop of almost three points, the KKE with 6.2% and Greek Solution with 5.7%.
Correspondingly, in voting intention, ND records 25% (22.7%) against 14.1% for EL.A.S. (12.1%), showing a difference of 10.9 points. PASOK stands at 9.4% (from 9%), the undecided at 9.3%, “Hope for Democracy” at 6.2% (8.3%), the KKE at 5.1%, while Course of Freedom and Greek Solution gather 4.7% each. SYRIZA is limited to 1.2%.
Most suitable for prime minister
As regards suitability for the premiership, Kyriakos Mitsotakis remains at the top of preferences, gathering the trust of citizens, with Alexis Tsipras steadily following in second place, consolidating his position as the main opposing pole.
