Alpha Bank has issued a mandate for the issuance of a six-year bond, aiming to raise €500 million, according to IFR.
The bond issue, with a six-year maturity and a call option no earlier than five years (6NC6), is expected to finance “green” projects.
The order book opens and is expected to close within the day.
