SAFE BULKERS, INC. (NYSE: SB), an international provider of dry bulk shipping services, announces that, effective May 27, 2026, it is making the prospectus available to investors in Greece, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (the “HCMC”) at its meeting on May 27, 2026.
The Prospectus was drafted in English and includes a translation of its Summary into Greek, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, (the “Prospectus Regulation”), the applicable provisions of Law 4706/2020, Delegated Regulations (EU) 2019/979 and (EU) 2019/980, as well as Decision 1/892/13.10.2020 of the EC (the “Prospectus”) in connection with the parallel listing and admission to trading of all 101,826,580 dematerialized, registered, voting common shares, with a par value of $0.001 each, issued by the Company (the “Common Shares”) on the Main Market of the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens, pursuant to the resolution of the Company’s Board of Directors dated April 1, 2026.
The Company’s existing Common Shares have been initially listed and are traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
The Listing and Market Operations Committee of Euronext Athens, at its meeting on May 26, 2026, approved the admission to trading of the Common Shares on the Main Market of the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens (the “Admission”).
