(i) The opening price on Euronext Athens will be €5.70, which is equal to the closing price of the Common Shares on the NYSE of $6.62 as of June 1, 2026, following conversion from U.S. Dollars (USD) to Euros (EUR) based on the EUR/USD reference exchange rate published by the European Central Bank on June 1, 2026.
(ii) The Common Shares are traded on Euronext Athens under the symbol“SB,”in Latin characters, and with ISIN (International Security Identification Number) MHY7388L1039.
