Euronext Athens announces that, following the completion of the combined offering of new shares by “PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A.” (GRS434003000), the free float ratio of the company’s shares will change from 61% to 48% in all indices in which they are included.
Specifically, the change will affect the composition of the following indices:
• Athens Stock Exchange General Price Index
• Athens Stock Exchange General Index Total Return Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap
• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Energy & Utilities
At the same time, the weighting factor of the company’s shares in the ATHEX ESG Index is being adjusted from 59.04% to 46.45%.
The above changes will take effect as of the trading session on Monday, June 22, 2026.
