“Bally’s Intralot” hereby notifies the investing public that, in accordance with the resolution of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated December 19,2025, it purchased 461,260 treasury shares on June 5, 2026, at an average purchase price of €1.173598 and a total value of €541,333.81.
As a result of the above, Bally’s Intralot holds 21,498,878 treasury shares, which correspond to 1.151% of its total shares.
