Euronext Athens announces that on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, the following will take place:
a) the commencement of trading in 10,000,000 new common registered shares of the company PRONTEA S.A. (ISIN: GRS509003018) will commence trading, following an increase in its share capital due to a contribution in kind.
b) the cancellation of 50,000 bonds of the 2021 common bond issue of PRONTEA S.A. (ISIN: GRC5091217D9).
