The Qualco Group announces that its Board of Directors (the “Board”), at its meeting held on June 8, 2026, decided to propose to the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on June 30, 2026, the distribution of a dividend of 0.045 euros per share (gross) for the fiscal year 2025.
The record date, the ex-dividend date, the payment commencement date, and the paying bank will be announced to the investing public immediately following the adoption of the relevant resolution by the Annual General Meeting.
