George Didaskalou, who until recently served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, submitted his resignation earlier today, Thursday (June 11).
It should be noted that this is the second resignation of a Secretary General, as it follows the resignation a few days ago of the Secretary General for Spatial Planning at the Ministry of the Environment, Efthymios Bakogiannis, who is reportedly directly involved in the ring uncovered within urban planning agencies.
Some sources also link the new resignation of a Secretary General from a government ministry to the scandal in the urban planning departments.
