"FLEXOPACK S.A." announces that, by resolution of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held on June 5, 2026, the distribution (payment) to the Company’s shareholders of a dividend totaling 2,073,255.45 euros (gross amount), i.e., 0.175 euros per share (gross amount), which is increased by the amount of the dividend corresponding to the 96,450 treasury shares held by the Company, which (treasury shares) are excluded from the dividend payment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of Law 4548/2018.
From the above amount, a withholding tax is deducted pursuant to Articles 40(1) and 64(1) of Law 4172/2013, as amended by Article 24 of Law 4646/2019 (Government Gazette A 201/12.12.2019), the dividend is subject to a 5% tax (0.00875 euros), and therefore the final net dividend amount payable will be 0.166 euros per share (net amount).
The ex-dividend date for the above dividend for the 2025 fiscal year has been set for Wednesday, July 1, 2026, on which date the Company’s shares will be traded on Euronext Athens without the right to receive the dividend for the fiscal year in question.
It is clarified that, based on the current Euronext Athens Regulation, corporate actions are carried out in accordance with the “record date” rule and, consequently, the beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case, the dividend for the 2025 fiscal year) are the investors registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on the relevant date (record date).
Consequently, the beneficiaries of the aforementioned dividend are the shareholders registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on the record date for the 2025 fiscal year, namely Thursday, July 2, 2026.
Payment of the dividend for the 2025 fiscal year will begin on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, and will be made through the paying bank, “NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.”
