Fourlis announces a dividend distribution of €0.15 per share, or a net dividend of €0.1425 after a 5% withholding tax.
The ex-dividend date is Monday, June 26, 2026.
Eligible for the dividend are the company’s shareholders who are registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
The dividend will be paid on Friday, July 3, 2026, through Piraeus Bank.
