“ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINUM INDUSTRY S.A.”, with GEMI No. 303401000 (hereinafter “ELVALHALCOR”), following its announcement dated May 11, 2026 regarding the dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2025, announces that the gross dividend amount per share is now set at 0.11,017 euros, excluding the 565,430 treasury shares held by ELVALHALCOR.
It should be noted that the dividend amount is calculated prior to the withholding of the applicable income tax (5% of the dividend amount).
Consequently, the net cash dividend payable to Shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, after the aforementioned tax withholding (amounting to €0.0055083 per share) and excluding treasury shares held by ELVALHALCOR, amounts to €0.10466 per share.
