The Voria multi-purpose tourism complex in Marousi, developed by North Star Entertainment, is expected to open in May 2028, with a total investment of 380 million euros.
“For us, Voria is more than just a major investment. It is an expression of our belief that Athens deserves new destinations that combine history and summer vibes, tourism, and business activity in a modern and sustainable way. Our goal is not simply to create a complex; our goal is to create a destination that will add value to the city, enhance the daily lives of its residents, and contribute to the city’s development,” emphasized Yannis Tsirikos, CEO of North Star Entertainment, during the project’s presentation.
The project includes a 5-star hotel, multipurpose halls and conference facilities, wellness areas (spa), swimming pools, and restaurants, two underground parking garages, as well as the relocation of the Parnitha Casino.
A key prerequisite for the project’s implementation is the development of major transportation infrastructure.
“The Voria project is an example of how collaboration between the public and private sectors can yield positive results, creating a new landmark in the northern suburbs,” noted ETAD CEO Iro Hatzigeorgiou.
It should be noted that the hotel will operate under the MGallery brand of the French Accor Group.
