“DIMAND S.A.” hereby notifies investors of the completion/expiration of the Share Buyback Program, which had been approved pursuant to the resolution dated June 17,2025, by which it was decided that the Company would repurchase up to 250,000 of its own shares (common registered shares with voting rights), in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, with a minimum purchase price of 5.00 euros per share and a maximum purchase price of 20.00 euros per share.
This Program was established for a period of twelve (12) months, from June 22, 2025, to June 22, 2026.
The total number of treasury shares held by the Company under the share buyback program amounts to 82,165, representing 0.4398% of its share capital.
