LAVIPHARM S.A. announces that, by resolution of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 25, 2026, the distribution of a dividend from retained earnings and the Company’s 2025 net income was approved, totaling 3,415,569.66 euros, or 0.02 euros per share.
This dividend amount is subject to a 5% withholding tax; therefore, shareholders will receive a net amount of 0.019 euros per share (with the exception or variation of the withholding rate for shareholders subject to special provisions, such as those under Articles 46, 48, and 63 of Law 4172/2013).
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, the beneficiaries of the aforementioned distribution, based on the rule for determining beneficiaries, are investors registered in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 (Record Date).
Starting Monday, July 20, 2026 (Ex-Dividend Date), the Company’s shares will be tradable on Euronext Athens without the right to receive this cash distribution.
The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on Friday, July 24, 2026, by the company’s cash distribution service provider, EURONEXT SECURITIES ATHENS S.A. (formerly ATHEXCSD).
