Further to the relevant announcement dated 25.6.2026, ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. M.F.M.C. informs the investing public that the total amount of the capital return, as determined upon completion of the valuation of the Mutual Fund on 30.6.2026, amounts to Euro 2,312,124.80, that is, Euro 1.60 per unit for the unitholders of ALPHA ETF FTSE Athex Large Cap EQUITY EXCHANGE TRADED UCITS, as of the beneficiary determination date (record date) 2.7.2026.
From 1.7.2026 the existing units of the Mutual Fund are tradable on EURONEXT ATHENS at an adjusted (reduced) price of Euro 62.25 and without the right to participate in the capital return.
The reinvestment of the capital return amount will be carried out at the unit price of the Mutual Fund resulting from the valuation of 3.7.2026.
The new units will start trading on EURONEXT ATHENS on 6.7.2026, when they will also be credited to the beneficiaries' accounts.
Fractional unit balances will be paid to unitholders in cash form and from 20.7.2026 the payment of the cash balance to the beneficiaries will commence, which will be carried out by Alpha Bank.
