National Bank of Greece S.A. announces that during the period from June 22, 2026, through June 29, 2026, it acquired a total of 675,000 common shares of the Bank (“Treasury Shares”) traded on Euronext Athens at a weighted average price of €15.3816 per share and at a total cost of €10,382,550.00.
Following the above transactions, it is announced that the Bank directly holds a total of 18,316,792 Treasury Shares, which correspond to 2.00% of its share capital.
Furthermore, it is noted that, in accordance with the resolutions of the aforementioned General Meeting, the Bank intends to proceed with the cancellation of the aforementioned treasury shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions regarding the timeframe for cancellation under Law 4548/2018.
