“ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A.” (the “Company”) hereby informs the investing public, following a relevant notification it received, that on June 30, 2026, the shareholder “ALPHA BANK S.A.” acquired, as part of the voluntary public tender offer it had submitted to acquire all of the Company’s shares, 861,278 shares—voting rights—and, as a result, its stake rose to 96.95% of the Company’s total share capital and voting rights.
