The companies Nomad Yachting and Vernicos Yachts proceeded to sign an initial agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the latter by the former, confirming what the Chameleons column wrote.
According to the relevant announcement, the main objective of this strategic acquisition is to strengthen Nomad Yachting in this specific sector, which has seen particular growth in recent years. At the same time, the agreement ensures Vernicos Yachts' entry into a new era with significant growth prospects, safeguarding the trust, the high quality of services, and the important legacy and heritage that the company has carried for over 50 years.
