CNL CAPITAL E.K.E.S.-D.O.E.E. informs the investing public that the Company's Board of Directors, in accordance with its meeting of 02.10.2026, decided on the distribution of a net interim dividend for fiscal year 2026 in the amount of €109,845.00, which amounts to €0.15 per share, excluding treasury shares (52,500 treasury shares) held by the Company as of 02.10.2026.
The net final amount of the interim dividend to be paid per share will be determined based on the treasury shares that the Company will hold on the ex-dividend date for the right to collect the interim dividend.
In the event of a change in the number of treasury shares, the Company will proceed with a further announcement regarding the exact final amount of the interim dividend to be paid per share, including the increase corresponding to the treasury shares that it will hold on the ex-dividend date for the right to collect the interim dividend.
As the ex-dividend date, from which the shares will trade without the right to collect the interim dividend, Wednesday 2 December 2026 was set.
Beneficiaries of the interim dividend for fiscal year 2026 are those registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (D.S.S.) managed by the "Hellenic Central Securities Depository S.A.", on Thursday 3 December 2026 (record date).
The interim dividend will begin to be paid from Wednesday 9 December 2026, through the paying bank under the name "PIRAEUS BANK S.A.".
