The National Bank of Greece S.A. announces that during the period from 22/06/2026 to 29/06/2026 inclusive it acquired a total of 675,000 common shares of the Bank (“Treasury Shares”) traded on Euronext Athens at a weighted average price of €15.3816 per share and at a total cost of €10,382,550.00.
Following the above transactions, it is announced that the Bank directly holds a total of 18,316,792 Treasury Shares, which correspond to 2.00% of its share capital.
Furthermore, it is noted that according to the resolutions of the aforementioned General Meeting, the Bank intends to subsequently proceed with the cancellation of the above treasury shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions concerning the time frame for the cancellation under Law 4548/2018.
