US crude ends down on Alaska pipeline restart, OPEC

NEW YORK, Jan 18 (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil futures ended lower on Tuesday on the restart of the Trans Alaska Pipeline and as the International Energy Agency said that some members of OPEC may have quietly raised production.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, crude for February delivery <CLG1> settled 16 cents lower, or 0.17 percent, at $91.38 a barrel, after trading from $90.55 to $91.90. (Reporting by Gene Ramos)
